-FOUR CASES IN ONE DAY FOR PATTAYA MEDIA MOGUL – AND THEN TWO MORE-
Family man Drew Noyes – the controversial boss of a ‘law’ company in Pattaya called P.A.P.P.A is being sued for child support in Chonburi Provincial Court.
A case against Noyes, 56, also Chief Editor of the Pattaya Times and self professed legal expert, who told a court last week he was in Thailand raising his nine children, is listed in Chonburi Court on January 28th.
An unmarried woman is demanding that Noyes fulfill his job of..raising ALL his nine children.
On the morning of the same day he is due to appear in court in Pattaya to answer a charge of breaching a court agreement brought by Andrew Drummond.

On the afternoon of the same day he brings his own 2 cases against Andrew Drummond for re-printing a picture published on the Mangus Evans Facebook page showing Niels Colov, CEO of the Pattaya People media group under the caption ‘Been to jail’ and showing Noyes and his common law wife Wanrapa Boonsu under the caption ‘Going to Jail’. Lawyers for Drummond will ask for dismissal of the cases.
He claims the story has caused him loss of business.
Noyes has also been threatened with a law suit by Dutchman Theo van der Schaaf for the return of 2.5 million baht which he had given the P.A.P.P.A company to pay in settlement of a dispute with his Thai girlfriend in Hua Hin.
A case against the couple for attempting to extort the Pattaya Clinic out of 7 million baht is due to begin on February 5th.
Ten days later judgment will be made in a libel case brought by Pattaya businessman André Machielsen, reported here this week.
The paternity case could prompt other claims. His first Thai wife Nittaya Chaisit Noyes has been unable to raise her children with Noyes though lack of funding.
Although she has property registered in her name in North Carolina she never obtained a Green Card while living with her husband and cannot return to the United States without a sponsor. As she cannot read or write in either English or Thai as a wife she may have been an ideal candidate for Drew Noyes, as her property is gathering taxes in the U.S.

Another Pattaya woman also claims to have a baby by Noyes. She was Noyes’ nanny at the time he was married to Nittaya, and is reported to have also been Nittaya’s niece.
This will not be the first time Noyes has been sued for child support. Back in 1994 a court in California ordered Noyes to pay US$1000 a month child support towards his second wife in the US to support his son by her, now aged 22.
The same court also issued a restraining order against Noyes.

This I understand has not been without certain disadvantages for Noyes and there are indicators, some demonstrated during recent court hearings, that she may be taking more and more control of his dwindling empire.
While he was evasive about his assets in court he said the P.A.P.P.A Co. Ltd was NOT worth millions.

There are further indications that he now may be moving out of the newspaper and ‘law’ business and returning to the bar business.
A sign for Cupid’s has now gone up outside a shophouse in Pattayaland 1, Pattaya, next to the Family Mart there and there has been hurried purchasing of second hand bar fittings.
The sign however appears to be pointing to an address on Beach Road.
This bar next to the sign has however been funded primarily by an American living abroad who by now should be getting anxious especially with Noyes’ court statement about his finances. The American is understood to have put in 12 million baht.
This bar was originally, Noyes told neighbours, going to be a Hawaiian theme bar, with staff in coconut bras and hula hula skirts throwing flowers down to the masses below and enticing them in.
Now he talks about a ”Gentlemen’s Club’ and guest house. Gentlemen’s Clubs in Pattaya are not like Gentlemen’s Clubs in say London, where until recently women were banned. On the contrary there are expected to be more women in the establishment than gentlemen and true gentlemen may be a scarcity as a ‘Pattaya Gentleman’s Club’ – normally translates as an all day knocking shop.
Drew Noyes came to Thailand, he claims, by Royal Proclamation and set up office under the ‘Treaty of Amity’ with the United States. By his own reckoning he will shortly be entering his 15th year in service to Royalty.

Drew Noyes seems to be circling the drain … but if there's one place that you can be a bad person and not only survive but thrive it's Pattaya. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
This is fascinating stuff. Noyes seems to have the ability to prey on people who obviously don't value their own money. But sympathy should be for the kids. The mothers are obviously not class but they probably fell for the dream.

If there is a child support agreement broken, which presumably is on paper, legally married or not, may I suggest to inform the US Embassy in Bangkok as well. They don't like these type of "fathers" at all. It may not be their jurisdiction, but an official notification will be looked at and it could be interesting if more women complain about similar problems in due time, there are more women I personally know of. One of the hallmarks of a “person with his condition” is they NEVER tie the loose ends. Their fake world is so big they have no time nor the patience, shallow indeed. Drew, I suggest to get ready for a serious battle boy, if one sheep is over the dam a tsunami will follow. It could be argued, but what one calls a womanizer is a sexual predator for someone else, actually another trait of a “person with his condition”…. is the noyeswatch.blogspot.com spot on after-all? Since I was defamed by Drew Walter Noyes on his paper ¨Pattaya Times¨ I was unwilling to respond in order to ¨defend¨myself because I thought that by answering to his lies at that time was not necessary since all the people that know him and knew me would just understand where he was coming from…
Now I am willing to set the records straight in order to shield Mr. Andre Machielsen from fact manipulation by Drew´s attempt to divert guilt for his acts to others. Needless to say, Mr. Andre is one of the most honest and reliable person to live in Thailand, he is also victim of Drew´s anger when having a former friend who at some point realized how dishonest and dangerous he is turned his back on him and went on to warn others to avoid becoming damaged by Drew´s scams.
Let´s make it very clear from the start, Drew´s computer was absolutely private, it was located in his private office and no one absolutely no one had access to it. His password was even more protected by secrecy, no one not even his most trusted partner his last wife knew the password.
Drew Noyes became a specialist in the art of computer strategic tricks in order to take advantage of others and protect himself from attacks on his personality by people he cheated and disgraced.
Drew Noyes went continuously to North America and the Caribbean on Computer Crash Courses Seo Tours, which were intended to teach people how to use the WWW, how to be always on the first pages of the Websites, how to send people´s postings to back pages, how to hack other people´s e-mails and so on.
He always boasted these abilities each time he returned from such learning trips. He even boasted that he had accomplished to register two very important Web Sites which are supposed to be official government property such as ¨Thai News Agency¨ ( named by him) and another similar one which I do not remember the name just now. He intended to emulate Agencies such as ¨Reuters¨ or ¨Associate Press¨ and officially be the voice of the Thai Press Internationally, without ever requesting licence or permission to do it. I find it hard to believe that a foreigner would be allowed such office.
Drew Noyes has always been a compulsive liar, he lied so much and so many times everyday that he could not remember next day what he had lied about and would mix up various lies into a new lie, many times I had to remind him of the original lie.
I met Drew many years ago, at least 11 years. I remember well how he would use his position as Chairman of the Expats Club to give him a credibility image and lure newcomers to his office where he would get involved with their investment intentions and cleverly intimidate them with the Thai Laws complicated issues to convince them that without his help, experience and counselling they would be in big trouble.
Next he would play host to their desires whatever that could be. Invite them to meet his family, dinners, ladies, young ladies, younger ladies just about anything to gain their confidence and get them to sign those English language power of attorney, when convenient Thai Language ones, generally in one of his wife´s names and play his game to the end…until he got to their cash. From there on he changed completely and started the threatening chapter until he could get the ¨client¨ so scared about his powerful friends in the Government and Police that one had no chance but stay quiet or leave town.
The Canadian couple who bought two flats on Keha, then also the other American were brave enough to fight it but lost a lot of their money anyway. To (name deleted) he lied that all the shops above the Supermarket on second Road were rented out and the truth was that out of 70 spaces only 1 or 2 had been rented. He also lost money there. Later on Drew won his trust again taking advantage X’s weaknesses for very young ladies and putting him on to some sex adventures that were to become their common secret, since X was married he became blackmailed by Drew who reminded him of letting his wife know about it.
X confided this to me and Drew always boasted this situation. Drew always called me to find him and visiting friends very young ladies, I did send him not so young ones but warned them about him and charged expensive for services.
They are all still there and if there is need they are willing to talk about it. X never talked good about Drew Noyes, he actually talked bad about him.. I believe that he is still siding with Drew afraid of Drew´s threats.

Thanks Ivan for stepping in and thanks for speaking so highly of me. Now it is clear to me when you told me some time ago that you knew Drew had hacked your e-mail. In court last Saturday 8 December, his lawyer showed me a copy of an e-mail supposedly from me, but as I read aloud "Hmm, this e-mail is addressed to Ivan Shiffer and signed by Ivan Shiffer, how can that be, looking at the Judge, Drew's lawyer hurriedly withdrew this document fearing more scrutiny. The same happened with another so called signed confession from Thor Halland, which was signed under duress of a threat of suing him send by e-mail two weeks before. In that signed confession Thor wrote he wrote the blog with others(?) and that Andre probably did it??? When I read it out aloud articulately Drew was cringing on his bench. I later found out that the mandatory Thai translation omitted the word "probably" which means bringing a fals document to a court. Our self styled fake lawyer must know that a, defamation is taken serious but bringing false documents in a court meeting to discredit the plaintiff is equally serious. Are you ready Drew? I warned you many times, I can be someones best friend but when scorned your worse enemy. Way to go Drew, and then having the audacity to tell me "you will end up with scratches on your face". You had many opportunities to settle…. which you blew so?

Noyes could have used the simple but classic keylogger on the office PC's which staff had access to, a ten year old can install it, it's not very technical at all. That could be how Noyes got Ivan's email password, and could possibly be doing it to anyone and everyone who uses his PC's, to build up his "Dirt" material on his former friends.
