CHRISTMAS AND APRIL FOOLS DAY ARE MERGING THIS YEAR AT SPARTA MATRIX

The website for Sparta Matrix which projects itself as a global leader in infrastructure development with US$1.4 billion in assets and US$2.5 billion in infrastructure projects… is down.

It would appear that the infrastructure of Sparta Matrix, exposed on this site as a boiler room – or illegal share trading house – and one of many Wolves of Bangkok is crumbling – but you might not know that from the Christmas letter to their unfortunate investors who are going to take a fall.  The letter was sent to me by a disgruntled investor.

But first there is talk of saboteurs. though why anybody would care I do not know. The only rivals Sparta Matrix has are other scammers in Bangkok and Manila.

Boss Philip Wainright says the website is closed for development. Perhaps they wish to get rid of those see through links to Homeland Security in the United States.

Wainwright (left) several years ago with the President of Croatia. There has not been anothet photo opp

And he complains:

“Currently, we have successfully retaken the website from the former saboteurs; additionally, we are vigorously pursuing the sources of those intentionally planted false and libellous statements subversively posited on the internet regarding SpartaMatrix. Note: our website currently is being redeveloped for content; rest assured that we can and will track illegitimate entries made against SMI; also be aware that those who are found to be accomplices in the perpetration of this false narrative which has been costing our company substantial time and; money will be called out, exposed and held accountable.”

This is really odd talk from the CEO of a billion dollar ‘conglomerate’ – but then again it isn’t.  It’s a long running con. My apologies for running his Christmas Message in full but it would not pass muster in the real business world, so enjoy.

Boss Philip Wainright wrote the following. It’s all waffle  and bull of course. He skips over the bankruptcy hearings in Croatia – its only known project – and that he has to fork out a lot of money or it will all be seized by the local authority.

Fellow Shareholders, as we look to the end of 2014, I want to reflect on this year’s accomplishments while looking forward to the exciting new plans for 2015.

First, I want to thank you all for your continued support which has been vital to the continued success of our operations as a technology systems project company which we founded in 2002.

Some of the highlights of 2014 include:

Our core product, the advanced technological system GCOS has continued to be upgraded and is now in its 11th generation.

Since inception, GCOS has continued to attract the attention of supply chain, energy and environmental security experts who plan to employ our security management systems in their projects.

Our  multi-faceted project engineering and development expertise has attracted joint venture and capitalization opportunities from major companies in New York, South Korea, China, Russia, Central America and India.

This is what you got when you ‘clcked here’ under Homeland Security which among others SpartaMatrix said
it was approved and recognised by.

Our new and developing multi-lateral roles within the United Nations continue to increase our access to new commercial opportunities for placing our integrative black-box system with GCOS security applications into new projects for conventional, alternative and renewable energy producers.

We participated in a variety of technology and enterprise project workshops in the United States (New York, Colorado, California and North Carolina)

We have worked to ensuring that our shareholders are informed, heard and protected
We teamed up with Peria Capital in Copenhagen; Nearly 10 very serious new commercial opportunities have come from this new alliance.

In partnership with an engineering consortium in the United States, we have designed a new SMART green-certified office warehouse complex called SpartaPlex. We have two requests to build this facility on industrial sites within two separate designated enterprise zones.

Some of the exciting plans already underway for 2015 include:

MLC Croatia and the legal issues surrounding it are to be resolved shortly, allowing us to consummate the final project requirements and to implement our GCOS advanced management systems that will be required to manage facilities within this complex.
Central America and Central Europe are excited to launch several new cooperative commercial opportunities featuring GCOS management capabilities under our leadership. This prospect is thanks to our new Multilateral United Nations relationships under development currently.

Sparta Matrix wearing its other hat

Thanks to new found support from both the NYC and Swiss financial communities, which reflects our focused strategy to protect share values and offer some liquidity opportunities for loyal Shareholders, we are emboldened in our actions to achieve our ultimate success, management plans to have this liquidity opportunity realized as soon as it is judicious.

Secondly, we will continue to pursue our basic business strategy to upgrade our GCOS to meet commercially demanding requirements for compliant security management systems.

Thirdly, we have taken major steps to upgrade our website and have implemented investigative measures to protect ourselves from further damage caused by those that seek to harm our company and its projects. WE ask that you assist us and your fellow shareholders, in providing any information you have regarding any party who you feel is trying to maliciously discredit SpartaMatrix and through their clever manipulations attempting to take money from you; please send any suspicious activity or information directly to info@spartamatrix.com

Currently, we have successfully retaken the website from the former saboteurs; additionally, we are vigorously pursuing the sources of those intentionally planted false and libellous statements subversively posited on the internet regarding SpartaMatrix. Note: our website currently is being redeveloped for content; rest assured that we can and will track illegitimate entries made against SMI; also be aware that those who are found to be accomplices in the perpetration of this false narrative which has been costing our company substantial time and; money will be called out, exposed and held accountable.

Together, we can continue our innovative commercial operations, which have grown steadily over the last 12 years to become an industry leader in providing product and systems that service sustainable critical infrastructure, socially responsible enterprises and viable economic development.

We feel this will create not only an excellent return on investment for us as shareholdersk, but also for the end users who benefit from our superior technologies.

Some mistake surely. Who is buying all this?  By the way I am also costing them time and money – its about time they teemed up with Drew Noyes, Brian Goudie and David Hanks.

Anyway ‘disgruntled investor’ reports: “The Spartamatrix Christmas Fable by that well known spinner of yarns Dr Phillip Wainwright – it is now 2014 – twelve years in the telling and still no royalties in sight for shareholders!  A dark tale for a winters’ night – but it is the Shareholders who are riding the stormy seas to ruination while this latter day Hans Christian Anderson is enjoying the spoils of his fantastical fairy stories.”

“Shareholders should report this fraud to the Fairy Godmother aka: www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud   or the Croatian Municipality of Matulji I am sure they too would like to know what has happened to the millions shareholders thought they were investing in Miklavija doo.. E-mail:
opcina.matulji@ri.htnet.hr”

The funny thing is that officials in Croatia who he is trying to con into being the first genuine customers of Sparta Matrix’s services are getting around, but awfully slowly, to realise that Sparta Matrix is also something of a fairy story. Registered in the United States it has not registered its accounts for years.

Oh dear. Tears all round soon I fear.
