FAKE LAWYER ORDERED TO ANSWER FALSE PRETENCES CHARGES

PHONEY BARRISTER PROMISED HIS DAY, OR TWO, IN COURT-

Fake lawyer Brian Goudie, known to many as convicted fraudster Brian Goldie, has been ordered to report to Pattaya court to answer fraud and deceit charges brought by a Briton living on Koh Samui.

Judges at Pattaya provincial Court have ordered Goudie, 46, from Falkirk, Scotland, who has been running a law firm in Thailand called Alba Laws, to report to the court on October 14th and submit bail to fight the charges.

The cases have been brought by Briton John Jepson, from Norfolk, an estate agent in Koh Samui who hired Goudie to represent him believing he was a British barrister.

Charges are also expected to be brought by two Brits and a German national who hired Goudie to get legal possession of the condos they bought in Pattaya but were never given. They too thought that Goudie was a Member of the Bar and a former Captain in Britain’s Royal Marines.

Goudie has been exposed in the Sunday Mail in Scotland and many times on this site for his activities in Pattaya, Hua Hin and Koh Samui, where he represents either cheating property developers and their victims, pretends to have intimate contacts with senior police and Land Department officials, and even promises to get foreigners out of Thai jails for a fee.

In Australia under the name Goldie he was given three two-year terms of imprisonment for defrauding a mining company. Attempts by him to get permission to reside in Australia where he was living while an arrest warrant was issued for him in Scotland for fraud, were rejected by the Australian Appeals Tribunal where a Deputy Judge ruled that he was ‘ not a person of good character’.

He has of course never been a barrister. His law degree does not exist and of course he was never a Captain in the Royal

Marines.

He is also being sued by Mrs Barbara Fanelli Miller, of Madison, Wisconsin, for cheating him out of US$300,000 which he took promising to spring her son Gregory Miller from Nong Plalai jail, Chonburi, where he is awaiting trial on charges of sexually abusing young boys.
Meanwhile of course Brian Goudie, Goldie, is asking the Pattaya Court to accept charges of libel and breach of the Computer Crimes Act against Andrew Drummond, of this site.
Mr Goudie is an associate of Drew Noyes, the American founder of the ‘Pattaya Times’ newspaper who has also claimed to be a lawyer and expert on Thailand’s libel laws and computer crime act.
